Digital product refund boundary

Because Practical Court Prep sells digital downloads, refunds are generally limited to duplicate purchases, failed delivery, or corrupted files after support review.

What is not refundable

We do not refund because a court result was different than hoped, because local rules vary, or because a workbook is not a substitute for legal advice.
