Help accessing a Practical Court Prep download

Use this page for delivery, access, ZIP, PDF, printing, or tablet-file questions—not individualized legal questions.

1. Check the order email

Look for the Shopify order confirmation and the configured digital-delivery message. Check spam or promotions folders and confirm the email used at checkout.

2. Save and open the ZIP

Download the package to a device with enough storage, keep a backup, and extract the ZIP before opening the PDFs.

3. Choose the right PDF

Use the print-ready file for paper, the tablet-annotation file for compatible note apps, or the selected-fillable file for supported fields.

4. Request access support

Email help@practicalcourtprep.com with the order email, product name, device, and the exact access or file error. Do not attach confidential court records.
