Practical Court Prep
FAQ
Are these legal advice?
No. Practical Court Prep publishes educational workbooks. We do not tell you what to file, what legal position to take, what deadline applies, or what outcome to expect.
Are these official court forms?
No. These are not court forms and not forms packets. Use your local court, clerk, legal aid office, or official court website for required forms and filing rules.
Why buy a workbook if I still need local rules?
Because local rules are easier to check when your facts, dates, documents, exhibits, and questions are already organized. The workbook is the preparation layer before the local-rule check.
What files do I receive?
Most paid guide packages include a selected-fillable PDF, a print-ready PDF, and an e-tablet annotation PDF for Kindle Scribe, reMarkable, GoodNotes, Notability, and similar stylus workflows.
What if my issue is urgent?
If the issue involves safety, housing loss, children, wages, bank accounts, criminal exposure, immigration, taxes, public benefits, property title, or a missed deadline, try to get qualified local help immediately.
